The aim is to inform the public about emerging Green Technology jobs and their training in Europe by promoting the potential of the territories of the consortium partners (South-West Europe).
To the public

Information and education-based, the website is destined to orientation guides for help young people or adults in professional retraining. It permit also to open the curiosity of young people to the green jobs.

WHAT IS GREENTECH ?
LOCATION OF THE PROJECT
The study area is located in southwestern Europe, 300 km around each of our 4 associated partners.

PROJECT CONCEPT
This project is aimed at young people. It is composed of tools of different tools that allow to explore the universe of green technologies.

Green technology is defined by all technologies that improve the living environment and are healthy for the environment. For example: it advocates carbon-free energy, the reduction of waste and the management of natural risks. So it's a mix of Innovation and Simplicity. Thus, there are 6 criteria defining Green Technologies:
Innovation, Economy, Sustainability, Local, Social & Solidarity and Ecology.

Also, on this site, you can find a list of initiatives, a pre-orientation guide and virtual visits. Many educational tools have also been designed to raise awareness of environmental issues and popularize Green Technology. A playful booklet has also been produced in order to discover the world of GreenTech while having fun.

And to be sure that green tech is made for you, a green tech compatibility test is offered!
