GO Micoaragón

The project responds to the need to structure a common regional strategy of governance, sustainable management and valorization of the mycological resources of Aragon. Currently, there are local initiatives to regulate the collection of wild mushrooms in some forest regions. Coordination of the process under a common strategy and economy of scale would allow the sharing of resources to improve current experiences, combat weaknesses / threats and take advantage of all opportunities. Currently, it is estimated that in Aragon only 10-20% of the potential added value generated by this resource may be being used. The project aims to develop an App / Geographic Information System for the sustainable issuance of permits for collection and control of use in the network of mycological parks. For this, the project will define the technical conditions that an application of these characteristics must have, applying the latest advances in ICT.

SMART FARM 4.0

This project, directed by Paintec, proposes the implementation of a series of sensors to monitor and digitize 3 very important factors in pig farming. Body temperature of the animal, environments inside a pig farm and control of gas emissions outside the farm. All this in an automatic way thanks to a software and an application to see it in real time from any point. They use autonomous thermal cameras with artificial intelligence to quickly and automatically detect the situation of each animal.

PolinizAcción: the buzz of hope

Innovation Project in Vocational Training granted by the CIFPA (Center for Innovation for Vocational Training in Aragon) and financed by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training and co-financing from the European Social Fund: the PolinizAcción Project. The students of the IES learn cutting-edge technologies of mass genetic selection of hives and rearing of queen bees, they come into contact with new technologies for monitoring and management of hives and they will even learn about other elements related to beekeeping, from honey tasting to apitherapy.

With 'Purinir', the cooperation group intends, on one hand, to develop a team with the latest available technology combining GPS, Geographic Information Systems, Big Data, NIR sensors, Blockchain and the Internet of Things to supply tank manufacturers of a differentiating element that makes them place themselves at the head of agricultural machinery companies at European level and, on the other hand, develop a work methodology and a control and management tool. The project aims to develop a precision agriculture system that reduces errors when determining the content of the slurry transported by the vat. This process will allow better protection of the environment since it will provide the agricultural and livestock sector with tools to manage their manure, not as a waste, but as a by-product.

CITA - OPTIBOVIS

The OPTIBOVIS project arose after the creation of a cooperation group, made up of CITA, the La Jacetania region and the two beneficiary ADSs. Based on the creation of a computer application (ISAGRI), which allows managing individual data related to the health, reproductive and nutritional management of each cow from a smartphone. This will allow the farmer to keep a strict control of the cattle in order to make business decisions based on the needs of the farms, many of them still "very traditional" management.
